"Have been with statefarm for almost 20 years (18 years to be exact), and that goes for all of my family (they have been there even longer) and we bundle multiple cars and multiple services/insurance types (auto, home, life). Insurance prices keep going up rather than down, when it’s never been that way before. Leave voicemails, never hear back. When I finally got ahold of someone: “nothing they can do.” Which is absolutely ridiculous. They rather keep losing customers and keep letting people struggle. Very, very, very (x10,000) terrible place."
